Our Founder

Nahla Aly is an award-winning and CTDP-Certified Learning and Development expert with 15+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design (LXD), Instructional Design (ID), and Talent Development (TD) in the Middle East and North America.

Nahla is passionate about talent development and learning in all its shapes and forms, and believe that learning is a life-long endeavour that can change the world, one person at a time.

After years of extensive experience helping shape the learning culture in multiple organizations, she decided to start Beyond-Talent so she can work with even more organizations, elevating their talent and mentoring more upcoming learning and development professionals on their journey to reach their full potential.
